Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 eggs, well beaten
    4 c. milk, heated
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add cooled milk.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Set dish in pan of hot water in oven.
    Bake in slow oven for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Take out and sprinkle with nutmeg.
