Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
2 c. diced potatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion
4 strips bacon
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook diced potatoes, onions, salt and pepper in water until soft.
Set aside with water.
In small saucepan, simmer margarine, flour, milk and a dash of salt.
Cook this until thickened.
Cook separately the bacon strips.
Use oil from bacon to mix all ingredients together and simmer to preferred thickness.
Serve with bacon bits on top.
