Roast Beef Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. beef roast
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans water
pepper
flour
Preparation

Roll roast lightly in pepper and flour.
Put cooking oil in pan.
Brown roast in pan.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast. Pour mushroom soup over roast.
Add water and cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender (25 to 30 minutes per pound).
Serve over rice if desired.
