Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large tortilla shells
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar black olives (optional)
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 large jar chunky salsa (medium)
Preparation
    Mix together everything but the salsa.
    Stuff mixture into tortilla shells evenly and wrap.
    Place enchiladas seam side down in baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and immediately pour salsa over top.
    (Low-fat sour cream and cheese can be used in this recipe.)
