Three Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (13 oz.) can white kidney beans
    1 (13 oz.) can chickpeas
    1 large Spanish onion
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Drain and rinse 3 cans of beans.
    Chop onion and garlic.
    In a large saucepan, heat oil.
    Add garlic and onion; cook until soft. Add tomatoes, beans and seasonings.
    Simmer 1 hour.
