Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 c. canned tomatoes, blended
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
pepper (dash)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 or 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation

Mix well.
Then add enough water to make mixture thin.
After putting topping on meat mixture, bake at 450\u00b0 until cornbread is brown.
