Spanish Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    cheese
    onion (if desired)
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Put oil in pan.
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add eggs to pan when oil is hot.
    When bottom is done, flip and cook top.
    When top is done, flip again and add cheese and onion.
    Fold in half and let cheese melt completely.
    Flip once more when folded.
