Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10 oz.) cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Recip-Ease baking mix or self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease shallow 2 quart baking dish. Spread chicken and vegetables in prepared dish.
Stir soup broth and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
Combine Recip-Ease baking mix or self-rising flour, milk and butter in a separate bowl.
Stir until smooth.
Pour flour mixture over ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Makes about 6 servings.
