Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil (vegetable)
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Grease and flour two 9 x
    5
    x 3-inch bread pans or any pan you want to use.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    In other bowl, beat eggs, oil and\tsugar.\tAdd
    zucchini,\tthen the dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour
    in pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm.
