Microwave Chocolate Cakelettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. warm
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in water, egg, oil and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Spoon batter into 6 greased 6 ounce custard cups.
    Microwave 3 cakes at a time, uncovered, until wooden pick comes out clean, about 2 minutes.
    Loosen edges of cakes; remove from dishes.
    Serve warm.
