English Pea Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can asparagus spears
1 can English peas
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
3 boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Drain vegetables and save juice.
Place vegetables in casserole.
Make cheese sauce by melting butter in saucepan.
Add flour and thicken.
Add juice and cheese and seasonings.
Cook and stir constantly until smooth.
Pour over vegetables and top with sliced, boiled eggs.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
