Liver - N - Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liver (beef or calf)
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash liver.
    Heat large skillet and oil.
    Flour liver.
    Cook very slow.
    Take liver out.
    Pour in onions.
    Cook.
    Pour in 1/2 cup water.
    Add liver.
    Cover.
    Cook about 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
