Crystallized Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. caramel flavor
    2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cream, butter, cinnamon\tand
    salt
    in 2 quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue cooking, stirring constantly until
    mixture\treaches
    224\u00b0
    on candy thermometer (firm ball stage).
    Remove
    from
    heat;
    add vanilla, caramel flavor and nuts.
    Spread
    on
    cookie sheet to cool.
