Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine rest of ingredients except chips; pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Top with potato chips before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
