Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Combine chicken soup and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots and add drained squash and onions.
    Combine stuffing mix with butter (save a small amount of stuffing mix to sprinkle on top and spread on bottom of baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
