Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. honey
2 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie seasoning
1/2 c. almonds, sliced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir the bananas, applesauce and honey together.
You may use an electric mixer for this recipe, but it is not necessary.
Stir the dry ingredients together, then add them to the liquid mixture, stirring until the flour is moistened.
Add the almonds and stir.
