Pigs In Blanket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. raw rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
Preparation

Put cabbage in hot salted water to loosen leaves.
Mix hamburger, onion, rice, salt and pepper.
Roll into balls about the size of an egg.
Wrap with one or two cabbage leaves.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Place in baking dish and cover with water and tomatoes.
Cook tightly covered in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 2 hours.
During last half hour of cooking, add 1 cup sweet cream.
