Stir-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. wine
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 lb. deboned chicken
    green onions, chopped or 1/2 pieces
    broccoli (bite size pieces)
    1 c. frozen pea pods
    mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and marinate thinly sliced chicken in it, at least 1 hour.
    Stir-fry vegetables.
    Add chicken with marinade.
    Cook thoroughly.
    May add water if necessary.
    Serve over rice.
