Lite And Lean Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans Campbell's tomato soup
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. ground chicken
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. cooked rice (preferably brown)
    1 egg white (remove yolk)
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.\tBoil a pot of water.
    Take core out of cabbage and blanch.
    Remove cabbage leaves, one by one. Mix all other ingredients together, except tomato soup.
    Place ground chicken
    in
    cabbage
    leaf;
    wrap it and place in pan. Pour tomato
    soup
    over\tcabbage
    rolls.
    Wrap foil over pan. Place in oven for 1 hour.
