Chinese-Fried Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. (about 16) chicken wings
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt
vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Preparation

Cut off wing tips at joints; discard these.
Cut other sections at joint, also.
Mix eggs, milk, flour, soy sauce and salt. Dip pieces of chicken in batter and fry in hot deep oil, 350\u00b0 on frying thermometer.
Fry Daddy type until hot and crisp. Drain on paper towels; may need to sprinkle more salt.
Makes about 32 pieces.
