Crabmeat And Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. tomato juice
1 well beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. chopped celery leaves
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
12 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation

Combine tomato juice and egg. Add crumbs, seasonings, parsley, celery leaves and crabmeat.
Mix thoroughly. Roll into finger lengths and wrap each roll with 1/2 slice of bacon.
Fasten with toothpick. Broil, turning frequently, until evenly browned.
