Mock Chopped Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium-sized onions
    1/4 c. oil (olive preferably)
    1 c. walnuts
    2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Slice onions and saute in the olive oil until caramelized; let cool.
    Place all ingredients and the onions in a food grinder or blender; process until the consistency of pate.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
