Blackberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. berries, drained
    4 Tbsp. cold water or berry juice
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar; add 2 eggs, one at a time.
    Then add water or berry juice.
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder and spices together.
    Add to batter.
    Coat berries with flour.
    Fold into batter.
    This will keep berries from sinking to bottom.
    Grease and flour two or three 8 or 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Frost with seven minute frosting or your favorite (caramel is very good).
