Hawaiian Ham And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 small can apricots, cut up and drained
    1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. diced green pepper
    3 c. ham, cut up
    1 can chestnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine honey, oleo, soy sauce and green pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Turn into a greased casserole (I use Pam), 2 quarts or larger. Bake covered for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Can be frozen and reheated in microwave or oven.
