Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti
4 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
5 well beaten eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 jar spaghetti sauce
oregano to taste
garlic salt to taste
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package; drain.
Stir in margarine, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form spaghetti mixture into 2 buttered 10-inch pie plates.
Spread cottage cheese equally over spaghetti.
In skillet, brown hamburg and onion.
Stir in rest of the ingredients.
Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crusts.
Bake, uncovered, and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
