Slovak Haluski - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, grated
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
about 4 c. flour
cabbage, chopped fine
1 small onion
paprika
Preparation

Grate potatoes; add salt, eggs and flour and mix well.
If dough is too stiff, add a little water, 1/4 cup or more.
Drop small portions from tip of spoon into boiling water.
Cook 7 to 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Serve with cottage cheese or fried cabbage.
