Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour pan.
    In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add carrots, oil and eggs.
    Mix until moistened.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool before adding frosting.
