Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    dash of garlic salt
    3/4 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
    1/2 c. minced onion
    3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn chips, crumbled slightly
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat well, stirring to keep it crumbly.
    Pour off fat from skillet.
    Add water,
    taco
    sauce
    and
    garlic
    salt. Cook slowly 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile,
    combine
    chilled lettuce, onion, tomatoes and cheese in
    salad bowl and toss well.
    Just before serving, mix in corn
    chips;
    add
    meat
    sauce and toss again. Sprinkle top generously
    with
    grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
