Country-Style Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country-style ribs
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place ribs in roaster, fat side up.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Drain off all grease.
    Combine remaining ingredients and heat to boiling point.
    Pour sauce over ribs and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.
