Company Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium cooked potatoes, quartered
bread crumbs
grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Mix together soup, sour cream, curry and pepper.
Put half of mixture in small baking dish.
Add potatoes.
Add remaining soup mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Add cheese and more bread crumbs.
Heat 10 or 15 minutes in oven.
Boiled eggs sliced over top are good and look pretty.
