Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. squash
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    crust for 2-crust pie, unbaked
Preparation
    To prepare squash, peel, scoop out the center and slice like apples.
    Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in the 2-crust pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
