Double Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Add water and form dough into 2 balls.
    Roll out on floured surface in circle.
    Place in pie tin and fill with favorite fruit filling.
    Place second crust on top of filling. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 35 minutes.
