Cathy'S Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless white grapes
1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
2 or 3 bananas
2 medium apples
2 pears
1 medium size can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. pecan pieces (optional)
2 oranges
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. pineapple juice
sugar to taste
Preparation

Slice berries.
Remove grapes from stems.
Slice bananas. Core apples, but do not peel.
Slice in bite size pieces.
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Chop pecans.
Peel and remove orange sections from membrane.
Add lemon and pineapple juice to fruit mixture.
Add sugar to taste.
Peel and slice kiwi on top for decoration.
Chill.
Everybody loves it.
