Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 2/3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. cut up rhubarb
Preparation

Beat egg slightly.
Add the milk.
Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb and stir into egg mixture.
Put in pie shell, dot with oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
