Frozen Pudding Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
    1/2 c. cold milk
    1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    24 graham crackers
Preparation
    Gradually add milk to peanut butter; blend until smooth.
    Add pudding and blend with mixer, about 2 minutes.
    Spread 1/2-inch thick on 12 crackers and top with 12 crackers.
    Smooth edge with spatula and freeze until firm.
