German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. peeled apples (Jonathan), sliced thin
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat
salad
oil and eggs until frothy.
Blend in sugar and vanilla.
Gradually
add
flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend well.
Fold
in
apples
and
nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
