Peas Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    3 (small size) pkg. frozen peas, thawed only
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Whip soup with wire whisk.
    Add all ingredients, except onions.
    Put in long buttered casserole; top with onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Chicken or cooked shrimp can be added to make a main dish.
