Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. Mrs. Butterworth's syrup
Preparation

Saute pecans in butter.
Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more.
Then add vanilla, milk and syrup; mix well, then add pecans.
Mix and pour into ice cream freezer.
Add milk to fill line, then freeze.
