Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    4 sprigs celery
    1 onion
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    6 to 10 potatoes
    about 1/2 c. catsup (optional)
Preparation
    In a large pot, cook cut up chicken.
    Dice celery and onion; add to pot.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper.
    Let cook until chicken is done (falls apart).
    Remove chicken and clean from bones.
    Cut up in bite-size pieces and return to the pot.
    Peel about 6 to 10 potatoes; quarter and put into the pot.
