Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew cubes
    2 to 3 stalks celery (slices)
    3 potatoes (large cubes)
    6 carrots (slices)
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    1 large can tomatoes (slices)
    1/2 c. tapioca (Minute tapioca)
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cooks in about 4 hours. May need to stir during cooking.
