Randy'S Velveeta Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 onions, diced
    4 c. milk
    2 doz. corn or flour tortillas
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; add salt and pepper.
    Grate cheese and chop onions; set aside.
    Make white sauce using flour, margarine, salt and milk.
    When thickened, add Velveeta.
    Remove from heat.
