Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, heat sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed, vinegar and Tabasco to boiling; boil 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cool and refrigerate in covered bowl.
    Let stand overnight.
    Makes 2 cups.
