Stovetop Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 jar Salsa
1 c. Minute rice
1 c. water
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown meat in 10 inch skillet.
Add beans, salsa and rice in layers.
Then add water.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Turn off heat.
Sprinkle cheese over top and cover.
Let set 15 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
Serves 6.
