Arkansas Cumin Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and rice in the vegetable oil until golden brown in a 2-quart ovenproof baking dish.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
