Crunchy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. thinly sliced green cabbage
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
    1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
    1/2 c. shredded, peeled carrots
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine cabbage, walnuts, raisins and carrots. For the dressing, in medium size bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture.
    Stir until well mixed; cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
