Tomato Aspic Salad(Serves Four) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. tomato juice, heated
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O into heated tomato juice and add all other ingredients and pour into a 4-cup mold.
    Place into refrigerator until set.
    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
