Blueberry Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    grated rind of orange
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine berries, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and juice.
    Spread mixture on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine 2 cups flour and baking powder; set aside. Cream shortening in a large bowl.
    Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Alternately add dry ingredients and milk.
    Fold in nuts and orange rind.
