Grandma Geary'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine hot water and yeast in large bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
Combine all the other ingredients with 3 cups flour.
Mix with yeast mixture.
Knead on floured board, then form into a log roll.
Cut into golf ball size pieces and place in greased muffin pans.
Cover with warm wet cloth and allow to rise until double in size about 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
