Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Stir on stove in saucepan:
    flour, margarine, milk and Velveeta cheese until melted and creamy.
    Cook elbows and drain. Pour cheese mixture and elbows into 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, at 400\u00b0.
