Ingredients
    Roast
    Onions
    Salt, pepper and herbs
Preparation
    Brown roast on both sides in a dutch oven.
    Brown onions and add salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, cummin, sage, garlic, etc.
    Add water and bake it covered for 2 to 3 hours.
    After the meat is done, add sliced carrots and quartered potatoes and more salt and pepper.
    Cook another 30 minutes or so until vegetables are done, uncovered if you want browned vegetables.
